PHILOSOPHY: Remember, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."  Unfortunately, you may have experienced injustice from law enforcement.  If so, and depending on the facts, the law allows suppression of the alleged evidence against you and the dismissal of your case. 

HISTORY has demonstrated that this is the only effective remedy for when the police break the law while searching you, seizing you, or violating certain other Constitutional rights.  This remedy is important because it helps keep the "good guys" good; it prevents law enforcement from becoming organized crime, which is a greater threat than individual crime. 

AMERICA will not tolerate law enforcement breaking laws or violating civil rights to catch those they consider to be the "bad guys." In order to preserve justice in our society, your rights must be aggressively defended because injustice from police misconduct is a threat to justice everywhere, just as Martin Luther King, Jr. observed.
